Kęstutis Vilkauskas yra Lietuvos politikas, aktyvus Lietuvos socialdemokratų partijos narys, turintis ilgametę patirtį vietos savivaldoje bei Seime. Jis gimė 1969 m. birželio 19 d. Kaišiadorių rajone, baigė pedagogikos studijas ir teisės magistrantūrą, dirbo seniūnu Trakų seniūnijoje, ėjo Lietuvos savivaldybių seniūnų asociacijos vadovaujančias pareigas, buvo Trakų rajono savivaldybės tarybos narys ir nuo 2020 m. yra išrinktas į Lietuvos Seimą Trakų–Vievio rinkimų apygardoje.

In the 2024 Seimas elections, Vilkauskas saw a dramatic surge in support in the Trakų–Vievio single-member constituency. He won ~42% of the vote (5,519 votes) in the first round, a huge jump from the ~16% (2,524 votes) he garnered in the 2020 first round. He again defeated Edita Rudelienė in the runoff (Rudelienė still entered the Seimas via her party’s list), solidifying his mandate for another term.
