Česlav Olševski yra Lietuvos politikos veikėjas, gimęs 1961 m. Petruliškių kaime, Vilniaus rajone. Jis baigė Lavoriškių vidurinę mokyklą 1979 m., atliko karinę tarnybą Sovietų armijoje ir 1991 m. įgijo teisininko diplomą Lietuvos policijos akademijoje. Dirbo įvairiose pareigose Vilniaus rajono ir miesto savivaldybėse bei atsakingose valstybės tarnybose. Nuo 2016 m. yra Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo narys, atstovaujantis kelioms kadencijoms ir skirtingoms frakcijoms. Aktyviai dalyvauja Seimo komitetų veikloje ir turi svarbių politinių pareigų.
