Nuo 2016 m. yra išrinkta į Lietuvos Seimą, kur yra Lietuvos valstiečių ir žaliųjų sąjungos narė. Seime laimėjo keletą svarbių vaidmenų, įskaitant Seimo Pirmininko pavaduotojos pareigas nuo 2025 m.

After the 2024 elections, Aušrinė Norkienė continued to lead the LVŽS parliamentary faction, which formed a joint opposition group with the LLRA-Krikščioniškų šeimų sąjunga (Polish Election Action–Christian Families Alliance). The official name of this faction was changed to the Lithuanian Farmers and Greens Union and Christian Families Union parliamentary group.

In November 2020, the Seimas did not approve Aušrinė Norkienė’s appointment as one of its Deputy Speakers. Despite the Speaker of the Seimas urging support for the opposition’s nominee, Norkienė failed to obtain the necessary votes, and her candidacy for the Deputy Speaker post was rejected by the governing majority at that time.
