Artūras Skardžius yra lietuvių politikas, kelių kadencijų Seimo narys, turintis inžinieriaus ekonomisto išsilavinimą, ilgametę karjerą privačiame sektoriuje, dalyvavęs įvairiose asociacijose bei skirtingose politinėse partijose. Jis yra apdovanotas Lietuvos ir Lenkijos ordinais, dalyvavo keliose Seimo komisijose ir ėmėsi politinių vaidmenų nuo 2000 metų. He graduated in 1986 from Vilnius Civil Engineering Institute (now Vilnius Gediminas Technical University) with a degree as an engineer-economist.

After narrowly failing to win a mandate in the 2020 elections, Skardžius was hired as an advisor (parliamentary assistant) to MP Vytautas Gapšys of the Labour Party, and worked in Gapšys’s team until Skardžius re-entered the Seimas in 2021.
