Although she entered the Seimas as a replacement MP from the LVŽS (Farmers and Greens Union) electoral list, Rojaka was not actually a member of that party. Upon taking her seat in mid-2024, she immediately joined the Democrats “For Lithuania” parliamentary group instead of the LVŽS faction. LVŽS leader Ramūnas Karbauskis noted that since Rojaka was never an LVŽS party member, she had “nothing to lose” by choosing to sit with Saulius Skvernelis’s new Democrats faction.

In the 2024 elections, Jekaterina Rojaka was placed third on the Democratic Union "For Lithuania" party list (after Saulius Skvernelis and Lukas Savickas), virtually ensuring her election via the multi-member national vote. She also ran in the single-member Naujininkų–Rasų constituency but did not advance to the second round there (that seat was narrowly won by Artūras Zuokas of the "Laisvė ir teisingumas" party).

In the single-member Naujininkų–Rasų constituency during the 2024 parliamentary elections, Jekaterina Rojaka received only about 5.8% of the vote in the first round, finishing well behind the leading candidates and failing to advance to the runoff.

As of the 2024 parliamentary elections, Rojaka’s asset disclosure showed no real estate holdings and total assets around €260,500, with annual income of about €91,200 (most likely from her employment in 2023). These figures are consistent with her long career in banking and public service, and her disclosures do not indicate any sudden, unexplained changes in wealth over the past several years.
