Audrius Radvilavičius was born on 12 December 1966 in Kaunas, Lithuania.
He speaks Polish and Russian at an advanced level, and has beginner-level proficiency in English.
He is married.
His hobbies include traveling, fishing, and active outdoor activities.
His spouse is named Laimutė Radvilavičienė.
In 2015, he completed studies in forestry at Kauno miškų ir inžinerijos kolegija (Kaunas College of Forestry and Engineering).
He earned a degree in informatics from Vytautas Magnus University (Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas) in 2007.
In 1989, he completed his studies at the Kaunas Industry and Trade Training Center (Kauno pramonės ir prekybos mokymo centras).
From 2021 to 2024, he served as the director of MB “Kraštovaizdžio idėjos”.
Between 2015 and 2024, he worked as a project manager at MB “Želdynų projektai”.
From 2010 to 2015, he served as the director of UAB “Girios takas”.
He ran UAB “Girios takas” (a small forestry contracting company) as its director from 2010 to 2015; the firm had only about 3 employees and annual revenue under €30,000, and it was liquidated in 2018 after incurring significant losses.
Between 2007 and 2010, he engaged in individual business activities (self-employment).

On March 28, 2025, he became the chairman of the Seimas’ temporary Friends of the Lithuanian Armed Forces and Riflemen’s Union group.
He serves as the deputy chairman of the Interparliamentary Relations Group with the Republic of Estonia (from Dec 12, 2024).
On November 21, 2024, he was appointed as the chairman of the Seimas Temporary Group for Forest Stewardship (Laikinoji miškų puoselėjimo grupė).
He has been a member of the Seimas (Lithuanian Parliament) since November 14, 2024.
He is a member of the Social Democratic Party’s parliamentary faction in the Seimas.
Since 2019, he has been a council member of the LSDP’s Kaunas city branch.
He has been a member of the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party (Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija, LSDP) since 2010.
From 2005 to 2008, he was a member of the Lithuanian Christian Democrats (Lietuvos krikščionys demokratai).

He won the 2024 runoff (second round) in the Panemunė single-member constituency, securing 50.96% of the vote and narrowly defeating TS-LKD candidate Gintarė Skaistė.
In the 2024 runoff (second round) for Panemunė, Audrius Radvilavičius defeated incumbent MP and Finance Minister Gintarė Skaistė. He won 7,862 votes (52.63%) to Skaistė’s 7,076 votes (47.37%), flipping the constituency to the Social Democrats.
After a recount in the Panemunė constituency first round (2024), he secured a runoff spot by defeating opponent Edgaras Gudynas of “Nemuno aušra” by a 4-vote margin.
In the first round of the October 2024 Seimas elections, Panemunė constituency, Radvilavičius and Edgaras Gudynas each received 12.92% of the vote, resulting in a tie for second place and prompting a recount.

In the October 2024 Seimas elections, he was elected from the Panemunė single-member constituency (No. 18) as a candidate nominated by the Social Democratic Party.
In the LSDP’s 2024 candidate list, Radvilavičius was ranked 126th. He did not enter the Seimas via the party list but secured his mandate by winning the Panemunė single-member constituency.
He was one of five Social Democratic candidates who won single-member constituencies in Kaunas in the 2024 elections – a major breakthrough for LSDP in the city, which had long been dominated by conservative incumbents.
As of 2024, Audrius Radvilavičius had declared personal assets totaling only about €4,800 (with €4,500 in cash and the remainder in other registrable property). His wife Laimutė Radvilavičienė was listed as owning a residential house (or part of it) valued at approximately €88,000.
Upon becoming a Seimas member in late 2024, his monthly take-home salary rose to roughly €3,781 (up from about €2,183 previously), per the new pay scales for rank-and-file parliamentarians.
According to his candidate declaration for the 2024 elections, Audrius Radvilavičius reported an annual income of €10,724 and total assets of €14,400.
By 2024, he was among the poorest members of the Seimas, declaring only about €4.8 thousand in assets (mostly cash and minor property) and no significant liabilities. His wife Laimutė Radvilavičienė, however, owned a residential house valued around €88,000.
From 2019 to 2024, he was the chairman of the Forest Work Contractors Association (Miško darbų rangovų asociacija).
He is a member of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union (Lietuvos šaulių sąjunga).
He is a board member of the Lithuanian Forestry Chamber (Lietuvos miškų rūmai).
On November 26, 2025, he tabled amendments to the Subsoil Law (Žemės gelmių įstatymas) to establish clear minimum distances between mineral extraction sites and residential buildings, aiming to protect local residents’ interests.
On October 29, 2025, he participated in the Vilnius GreenTech Forum – a national conference on energy, transport, and the green economy – where he stressed that Lithuania’s new forest strategy must be science-based and balance industrial and environmental needs. He advocated for abandoning outdated practices in favor of precision forestry and creating mixed, climate-resilient forests that can generate income from non-timber “green” services.
On October 7, 2025, as a member of the Seimas Energy and Sustainable Development Commission, he convened a meeting with Kauno Energija executives and regulators to address record-high heating prices in Kaunas, urging an immediate review of pricing mechanisms, greater transparency in fuel procurement, and consumer-oriented investments in the heating infrastructure.
He served as the patron of a nationwide environmental campaign, “O kur tavo nenaudojamos padangos?” (“Where are your unused tires?”), launched in Kaunas on September 19, 2025, warning that Lithuania faces persistent challenges in collecting and properly disposing of used tires.
At a press conference on March 27, 2025, he refuted widespread myths about the state of Lithuania’s forests and warned against populism in forestry policy.
On January 31, 2025, he announced a proposal to restore the allocation of 1.2% of personal income tax (GPM) to public schools and religious communities.
