In the first round of the 2024 Seimas elections (held on 13 October 2024) in Kaišiadorių–Elektrėnų single-member constituency, Algimantas Radvila led a fragmented field with 21.56% of the vote. His nearest competitor, Vytenis Tomkus of the Homeland Union (TS-LKD), received 16.67%. Since no candidate surpassed the 50% threshold, Radvila and Tomkus proceeded to a runoff contest.
In the first round of the 2024 Seimas elections, no candidate surpassed 50% in the Kaišiadorių–Elektrėnų constituency, forcing a runoff between Radvila and his closest competitor Vytenis Tomkus. Radvila then won the second round, securing roughly 60.7% of the vote against Tomkus’s 36.0%.

He did not advance to the second round in that election, meaning he failed to win the seat in 2020 (the constituency was won by a different party’s candidate).
Radvila ran as the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party’s candidate for Kaišiadorys District Mayor in the 2019 municipal elections.
Within UAB "Aradva", the average monthly salary was around €1,089 as of early 2025, suggesting that Radvila (who was the general director) likely drew modest wages from the company and relied more on business profits or dividends for income.
Following a salary increase for Lithuania’s parliamentarians in late 2024, a rank-and-file Seimas member (such as Radvila) earns nearly €4,000 per month after taxes.
UAB "Aradva" – Radvila’s primary business – had an equity (nuosavas kapitalas) of about €556,000 in 2023, which constituted one of his largest assets as the company’s 100% owner.
Radvila’s publicly declared assets (as of the late 2010s and early 2020s) were substantial but not extraordinary – mainly comprising his business holdings (valued in the hundreds of thousands of euros), real estate, and savings – and he did not rank among Lithuania’s wealthiest public officials (he did not appear in the VMI’s 2024 list of 121 public millionaires).
UAB "Aradva" remains a significant business in Kaišiadorys District, with annual sales of about €2.7 million in 2024, although its net profit that year was only around €31 000.
After entering public office, Radvila ceded day-to-day control of his companies to his wife Danguolė Radvilienė, who by 2024 had become the director of both UAB "Aradva" and UAB "Alivdara".
After Radvila entered public office, his wife Danguolė Radvilienė took over as the director of UAB "Aradva", effectively assuming management of the family-owned company.
Radvila was the sole shareholder and director of UAB "Aradva", which owns the "Pas Radvilą" entertainment and conference center in Kaišiadorys.
He has served as the President of the Kaišiadorys Small and Medium-Sized Business Association since 2012.
He leads the Kaišiadorys branch of the Afghanistan War Veterans Association, serving as its head since the branch was established.
In May 2016, the Šakių District Court, in a case related to Radvila’s entertainment business, formally found him responsible for negligent bookkeeping (failing to record the purchase of wild boar meat served at an event). However, the court exempted Radvila from criminal liability by placing him under a guarantor’s supervision (laidavimas), meaning he avoided a conviction and punishment for this accounting offense.
Ahead of the 2015 municipal elections, an audio recording surfaced of Radvila threatening a musician over unpaid fees, telling him “I have a very serious talk [for you] while you’re still alive… come to me,” which Radvila later denied was a death threat.
In 2015, it was revealed that several judges who had presided over cases involving Radvila’s company attended a dinner at his “Pas Radvilą” complex, leading to an investigation by the prosecutor’s office and the Special Investigations Service (STT).
