Tomas Domarkas yra Lietuvos politikas, gimęs 1977 m. lapkričio 30 d. Plungėje. Jis baigė Klaipėdos universitetą, įgydamas jūrų ūkio ekonomikos bakalauro laipsnį 1999 m. ir marketingo vadybos magistrą 2001 m. Dirbo įvairių įmonių direktoriumi ir pardavimų vadovu. Nuo 2024 m. jis yra „Nemuno Aušros“ partijos narys, 2024 m. išrinktas į Seimą Plungės–Rietavo apygardoje. Seime jis yra Aplinkos apsaugos komiteto narys, Jūrinių reikalų komisijos pirmininko pavaduotojas ir dalyvauja daugelyje tarpparlamentinių bei draugystės grupių. Jo politinė karjera lydima anksčiau turėtų kriminalinių teistumų, kurie 2024 m. jau buvo išnykę, taip pat didelių skolų ir atmesto asmeninio bankroto prašymo.
