In the October 2024 Seimas elections, Bradauskas ran in the Pilaitė–Karoliniškės single-member constituency of Vilnius but did not advance to the runoff; the two candidates who moved on were Radvilė Morkūnaitė-Mikulėnienė of TS-LKD (who garnered ~28.4% of the vote in the first round) and Vytautas Sinica of National Union (~13.1%).

Bradauskas has declared ownership of real estate abroad – specifically, two apartments in Turkey with a total estimated value of about €132,000 (as of 2023).
In May 2025, the State Security Department (VSD) recommended denying Bradauskas a security clearance to work with classified information, citing legal grounds that he was not reliable or loyal; as a result, he was removed from the parliamentary intelligence oversight commission.
On 20 January 2017, Finance Minister Vilius Šapoka announced that Dainoras Bradauskas would be dismissed as VMI head for gross misconduct (leaking internal information during secret meetings with MG Baltic vice-president Raimondas Kurlianskis).
In a secret conversation with MG Baltic’s vice-president Raimondas Kurlianskis (circa 2015), Bradauskas disparaged some politicians – at one point saying he wanted to “get” LSDP’s Gintautas Paluckas because Paluckas was a “brazen, nasty type.”
Bradauskas stated in May 2025 that the negative VSD conclusion (denying him clearance) was related to "events of ten years ago" that were already well-known and examined.
Following the 2024 elections, Bradauskas was identified as the wealthiest newly elected MP, with declared assets valued at over €3.16 million.
His 2024 VRK asset declaration showed a total wealth of about €3.2 million, including approximately €1.7 million in property, €1.2 million in securities (and other valuables), and around €243,000 in cash.

Between his dismissal from public office in 2017 and his election in 2024, Bradauskas’s personal wealth grew substantially – by 2024 he declared about €3.2 million in assets – but the public record does not detail the specific sources of this rapid wealth accumulation beyond his business ownership.
His father, Bronius Bradauskas, was one of the wealthiest members of Seimas; for example, in 2016 Bronius and his family declared assets totaling about €8.2 million (primarily in stocks (~€3.4M) and real estate (~€3.4M), with around €1.3M in savings).
In 2012, Bradauskas’s father Bronius Bradauskas (a longtime politician) declared an impressive wealth of 24.9 million litai (approximately €7.2 million at the time), including about 11.75 million LTL in securities, and was a shareholder in several companies (such as "Lamantinas", "Lamantino tarpininkai", "Donetas" and "Bartžuvė").
